Lovelife
Lovelife
Formed earlier this year, Lovelife is the product of Ally Young and Lee Newell's sort of opposites attract energy and creative collaboration. With a stroke of strange symmetry, the two met in the midst of failed relationships and freshly cut projects, themes over which they found mutual inspiration and resiliance. After months of writing and recording in remote locations around England, the duo brazenly decided to relocate to Brooklyn for an indefinite stay, playing their first shows and finding a radical new stride.

With a few completely infectious tracks already available on their Soundcloud, it's clear the project takes its R&B pop vibes from the likes of Frank Ocean, Prince and Justin Timberlake with a backbone in classic indie electro-pop. The duo hit its stride splitting duties with Newell writing lyrics and melody aside Young's production skills. Live, the project is not a producer/ computer set up, but rather a full backing outfit that delivers a rock band caliber show.
Grayshot
Grayshot
American alternative-rock trio Grayshot consists of Aaron Ankrum, Christian Ankrum and Nathan Cousins. The band mates spent the better part of 2011 and early 2012 producing, recording and mixing their new record in their Northeast Minneapolis studio.

Early touring as a young band followed by a few years spent as supporting musicians for other regional and national artists has resulted in a band that is able to deliver a fantastic live show. They took this live experience into the studio along with an unwavering dedication to making a record full of songs they believe in. The result is their first full length album titled Stay/Go. The record will be available mid-May.

Torches
Torches
T O R C H E S are a rock outfit that have been hypnotizing and swooning the Los Angeles scene. Singer/guitarist Azad Cheikosman and bassist, Bridgette Moody formed this band with during what was a relationship. Azad and drummer, Eric Fabbro had been bashing away at their instruments in a hot and sweaty garage for about 4-5 years before she came in to lay down the root. The band previously consisted of five members, but went down to a more cohesive number of three. Bridgette learned how to play bass the same week that the band was set to play a show in Los Angeles back in 2010. Although she has left the band, Azad and Eric continue their journey, new bass player and all.

Their music has been aired on KROQ, KCRW, KPFK, KXLU and many stations all across the U.S. They have also been featured in BBC, LA Times, Filter Magazine, RCRD LBL, Buzz Bands LA etc. The band has played mostly every nook and cranny in packed L.A. venues and have shared the stage with bands such as Sea Wolf, Andrew W.K., and other great acts. They've toured throughout the US and played at SXSW and CMJ 2012. Torches have been fortunate enough to work with Local Natives' producer, Raymond Richards, David Newton (The Soft Pack, The Henry Clay People, Happy Hollows) and Mark Chalecki who has mastered records for some of today's most intriguing artists (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Bright Eyes, Silversun Pickups, Liars, Sunn O))), Brian Jonestown Massacre). This trio is excited to put out records, pet as many animals as humanly possible, see the world, meet weird looking people, share experiences and much more.
